Meet Eric

I’ve experienced extreme weight loss (70 lbs), it wasn’t easy but I did it and I’ve helped others do it too.  I’ve learned it’s not just about the number on the scale, but rather how you feel day to day from the inside out.  I’ve made fitness my lifestyle, and I enjoy helping others do the same.

I can sympathize with feelings of frustration, stress, and insecurities. Helping you overcome barriers that inhibit you from becoming your best, or reach your “Arete” is as much my goal as it SHOULD be yours.  Anything is possible when you put your mind to it, when you’re ready to take the next step, regardless of fitness level, I’ll be here. I will give you my 100% while helping you find yours. Remember, nobody is perfect, but we can always strive to be better.

Meet Trudie

Personal health and fitness has been an important part of my life since I was a teenager. At this young age, I decided that a healthy lifestyle would always be important to me both mentally and physically. In the 1980s I focused on competitive power lifting alongside conventional strength and body building training.

In the 1990s I became a Certified Personal Trainer in Virginia to help others achieve their goals through exercise, diet and positive lifestyle changes. After moving to California in the 2000s and raising a family, I have returned to my passion of helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle and recently became re-certified as a Personal Trainer in California.

I believe that with consistency, perseverance and a positive attitude, anyone can improve their health, lifestyle and outlook on life. I am here to help people achieve their goals and ultimately to develop the same passion for health and fitness that has played such an important part in my life.
